2. Estimates and Pricing
• All estimates are based on the current visible condition of the property.
• Prices may change if property conditions differ from what was initially assessed.

4. Access to Property
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing clear access to the property on scheduled service days.
• Securing pets indoors or in a safe area away from service zones.
• Removing toys, debris, hoses, wires, or other obstacles prior to service.
Teal Fields Lawn Solutions is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area.

5. Weather Delays
• Services may be rescheduled due to rain, severe weather, or unsafe conditions.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of schedule changes.
• Rescheduled services will be completed as soon as conditions allow.

6. Property Damage
• We take care to avoid damage; however, lawn care involves machinery and natural risks.
• Customers must mark or disclose any hidden obstacles such as irrigation heads, invisible fencing, cables, or utility lines.
• Teal Fields Lawn Solutions is not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed items.
Any claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24–48 hours so we can address the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to correct verified service concerns.

8. Service Cancellation
• Recurring service customers may cancel with at least 7 days’ notice.
• One-time service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
